1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the YUSEN Grace Travel website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation and receive the required deposit (typically 30% of total tour cost).
Full Payment: Full payment is required at least 30 days before tour commencement. Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment at time of booking.
Payment Methods: We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments must be in USD unless otherwise agreed.
3. Tour Pricing
Price Includes: Accommodation, private transportation, English-speaking guide, entrance fees as specified in itinerary, and meals as indicated.
Price Excludes: International flights, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, optional activities, gratuities, and meals not specified in the itinerary.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in fuel costs, exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control. You will be notified of any price changes before confirmation.
4. Changes and Cancellations
Changes by Traveler: Itinerary changes requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Cancellation by Traveler: Cancellation fees apply as follows:
- 30+ days before departure: Full refund (minus deposit)
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Cancellation by Us: In the rare event we must cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or alternative tour of equal value.
5. Travel Requirements
Passport and Visa: You are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents. We can provide invitation letters and supporting documents for visa applications.
Health and Safety: You are responsible for your own health and safety during the tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements.
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for certain tours.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government actions, or transportation strikes.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) have their own terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation.
